2h fitness reframes exercise through the dual idea of Health & Happiness, making movement approachable for all ages as the market shifts toward neighborhood-based fitness. Positioned with friendliness, smart technology, and everyday accessibility, the brand enables beginners and families to start with ease. For Thinkways, this project was a real-world test of strategy meeting operations—translating research, identity, and service logic into a next-generation wellness brand.

Brand Concept

A movement system built on joy

Insights revealed that long-term exercise habits come from joy rather than discipline, forming the foundation of “2h”—Health + Happiness. We designed a five-stage journey (Prepare / Activate / Ease / Relax / Recharge) applied across classes, spatial flow, and service processes. This framework shifts exercise from a scheduled task into a holistic experience that nurtures both physical and emotional well-being.

Logo Design & Application Design

Expressing brand values through structural form

The visual identity distills three movement-inspired ideas: mirrored h–h forms symbolizing trust, rounded-rectangle shapes referencing impact and energy, and the dual core of health and happiness. A grey–teal–orange palette balances vitality with calm, while modular layouts, rounded geometry, and typographic restructuring unify the system. The identity extends across cards, packaging, equipment, and wayfinding to form a consistent, dynamic visual language.

Web Design

A smart interface for every user

The website translates the identity into a modular digital platform integrating booking, class details, heart-rate tracking, and member tools. Clear hierarchy, soft contrasts, and intuitive navigation support users across age groups. Class modules highlight intensity and coaching at a glance, while the member center emphasizes progress tracking—turning data into motivation and reinforcing exercise consistency.
