Positioned as the modern interpreter of classic cuisine, FAN STEAK INN expresses its culinary philosophy through the signature Dual Heat technique. A combination of teppan searing and high-heat oven roasting that reflects the brand’s dedication to depth, texture, and temperature. The tagline “A Classic Revisited. The new identity is built on clear proportion and refined serif typography, projecting both authority and timelessness. FAN STEAK INN Green anchors the palette with understated elegance, complemented by white and metallic accents for a balanced, contemporary feel.
