Han Huang Group has long been rooted in Zhonghe and Yonghe Districts, earning trust through its commitment to building homes with integrity. As the leading player in urban renewal and reconstruction projects locally, the company now enters a new chapter under second-generation leadership—expanding and engaging more deeply in social and sustainability initiatives. THINKWAYS was invited to lead a full rebranding process, involving stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and internal brand workshops. The goal was to reshape the brand’s identity and align internal culture with a new, forward-looking narrative.

Promise to Presence, Shaping a Human-Centered Brand
We repositioned Han Huang as a “practitioner of empathetic architecture,” signaling its evolution from a regional developer to a partner in holistic living. The new brand tagline—“Work with Heart 承諾為本 如實築家”—embodies the brand’s values of Trustful, Innovative, and Sustainable, reinforcing its long-standing promise of integrity, continuous improvement, and shared prosperity with clients and communities.
Logo & Applications
A Bold Yet Warm Identity That Balances Structure and Soul
The new logo draws from the initials of Han Huang, forming a geometric structure that evokes architectural steel, mountain silhouettes, and a rising flag—symbolizing solid foundations and upward momentum. The core palette of slate blue and soft grey balances professionalism with human warmth.
Auxiliary graphics inspired by mountain mist add layers of cultural and environmental flavors. The visual system extends seamlessly to corporate stationery, packaging, signage, and internal communications, ensuring a consistent yet dynamic brand presence.

We collaborated closely with the client and photography team to capture a refined, approachable brand image. From team portraits to lifestyle imagery, every visual element was designed to convey a sense of craftsmanship, sincerity, and quiet sophistication across the website and brand assets to give a comprehensive and cohesive visual experience to the viewers.





Web Design
A Calm Digital Experience That Reflects Brand Philosophy
The website extends the brand’s core motifs—mountains and mist—into a refined digital presence. Using a slate-blue and grey foundation with generous negative space, clean layouts and imagery, the site reflects the brand’s reliable yet modern personality. The UI was designed for intuitive navigation, offering quick access to projects and contact details, while maintaining strong visual coherence across devices and user needs.
