From a single identity to a unified group brand system

STARNIC Medical Aesthetic Group is one of Taiwan’s top three aesthetic chains, operating 50+ clinics and serving over 300,000 members across brands such as STARNIC Aesthetic Academy, STARNIC BEAUTY LAB, and STARNIC Skincare. As the group expanded, a single identity could no longer support multi-brand operations, creating communication gaps. Thinkways redefined the vision, rebuilt the brand architecture, and systematized the identity to establish a unified, scalable group brand foundation.

Brand Concept

Building a holistic value system through the 4S+ framework

Grounded in the founder’s philosophy of thoughtful rigor, we reframed the brand around a new tagline, “We Make Sense”, expressing the integration of medical expertise with lifestyle aesthetics.

The 4S+ framework—Smart (data-driven management), Sensory (premium experience), Sharing (social engagement), Stylish (local connection)—reflects STARNIC’s expansion from medical service to a broader aesthetic lifestyle ecosystem.

Logo Design & Application Design

A radiating identity shaped by light and flow

The renewed identity retains STARNIC’s signature S mark and star symbol, merging them into a radiating system representing integrated expertise and diversified services. A palette of light and deep brown, accented with vermilion and monochrome tones, balances stability with contemporary style.

Supporting graphics derived from restructured letterforms create a systematic yet elevated visual language across stationery, presentations, and advertising.

Design Extension

A cohesive yet flexible system for a multi-brand portfolio

Thinkways developed extended identities for two major sub-brands:

- STARNIC CLINIC, whose symbol blends hand and star motifs for professional care

- STARNIC BEAUTY LAB, using fluid S-curves to express femininity and luminous motion

Unified rules for color, line, and proportion ensure coherence across the portfolio while allowing each brand to retain its own character.

Thinkways guided STARNIC through its shift from a standalone service brand to a structured, group-level ecosystem. Workshops and implementation tools strengthened internal alignment and built execution capabilities.
