A Cross-Border Initiative: Empowering Entrepreneurs with Brand Workshop
Recognizing that many entrepreneurs lack systematic brand knowledge, Thinkways partnered with Dutch consultancy TIN.studio to launch this cross-border initiative. Focused on “New Brand / ReBrand,” the workshop moves beyond subjective aesthetics. We guide participants through a structured thinking module, empowering them to build competitive, international brands from the ground up by bridging the gap between product excellence and strategic branding.

An Experiment of Rational Stacking and Emotional Impact
The visual identity centers on “BOOM!”, symbolizing the explosive moment of creative breakthrough. We utilized “building blocks” as a key metaphor—representing a process that appears playful but rests on rational structure. Through high-saturation geometric shapes and dynamic compositions, we visualized the synergy between logic and creativity, infusing the rigorous curriculum with a distinct sense of playfulness and ritual.

Brand Workshop
Six Modular Steps: Turning Thinking into a Shared Language
This high-intensity bootcamp introduced Thinkways’ exclusive Brand Building Module, guiding teams through six critical stages from market research to visual mood boarding. Participants navigated the journey from rational analysis to emotional output, establishing a shared language for branding. Through expert feedback and hands-on application, abstract concepts were transformed into actionable strategies ready for implementation.






Brand Forward
Attracting over 150 participants, the workshop successfully demystified branding, transforming it from a designer-only domain into a strategic tool for decision-makers. By exchanging cross-cultural perspectives, Thinkways demonstrated a deep commitment to brand education, empowering Taiwanese brands with the vision and capability to compete on the global stage.
